One Magical Sexercise That Can Let You Reclaim Your Manhood

Unknown to most men, Puboccocceygeus (PC) muscle plays a very important and vital role in enhancing men's sexual response. During an orgasm, the rapid contractions of the PC muscle is what makes men feel those joyful moments of "jolts and spasms."

Since men are so much into working out nowadays, why not put more emphasis upon exercising the PC muscles which, as a result, make erections harder, orgasms more intense, and premature ejaculation disappear altogether.

It also improves the overall prostate health level to such an extent that those annoying nighttime bathroom visits can be effectively cut down, or simply eliminated for good.

To make it easier to understand, the PC muscle is divided into the "front" and the "back" part, both of which are to be "sexercised" in order to bring forth such desired effectiveness as mentioned before.

To find the "front" muscles, let's imagine we're "holding our horses" in the middle of the urine stream. Focus our mind - and thus our feeling - onto the "withholding" part while making sure to relax the stomach muscles as well as the buttocks or thigh muscles.

Once we "get" the feeling, begin squeezing those muscles to the count of four, and then relax them also for a count of four.

Initially, the ability to hold the squeeze will last no more than one to two seconds, but when due diligence is paid and this "sexercise" is performed on a regular basis, the ability to squeeze to the count of four or even higher will be easily attained.

Performing this "sexercise" up to five minutes twice a day will ensure better performance to be experienced during sexual activity.

To find the "back" part of the PC muscles, do another kind of squeeze as if you're trying to prevent passing gas. Do this five times while making sure to relax after every squeeze. Make sure also not to squeeze the thighs, butt, and/or abs muscles - just focus on squeezing the PC muscles instead.

Do this "sexercise" for the back muscles for 30 to 50 reps in fairly quick succession three times a day.

Stick with this "sexercise" regime for at least six weeks to make sure that a good squeeze on the PC muscles can be easily performed any time.

Some men will claim they don't feel anything at the beginning of this "sexercise" regime, but given time, almost all will be able to have such a firm grip of this good "squeeze" that their sexual performance will never be the same again with this simple mastery of "squeezing the PC muscles."
